Established in 1931, our Company has evolved as one of the leading commercial organizations of repute in Malta with a diversified portfolio of investments and activities in various business sectors.

We have a pedigree of over 75 years tradition of entrepreneurship based on vision, integrity, corporate values and innovation.

1931	Salvatore Guillaumier a budding young entrepreneur established his first business in mirror manufacturing and processing of flat glass.
1950	Other business ventures in the manufacturing and trading sectors were established.
1970	Guillaumier Holdings Limited was set up to manage the diversified interests of the Guillaumier Group in commercial and industrial operations.
1980’s	Establishment of successful export activities in North Africa and Middle East with procurement of turnkey contracts.
1990’s	Group operations in six factories employing over 700 employees in prefabricated concrete products – architectural aluminium – hospital and sanitary disposables – industrial laundry – assembly of converting machines.
1995	With the advent of Malta’s succession to the EU, a programme of disinvestment of the majority of the industrial units was implemented.
Today	The business profile has been re-engineered to meet the challenges of the present global business trends. Managed by Anthony Edward Guillaumier, one of the sons of the founder it remains a family business based on the same values of trust, honesty, integrity, expertise and experience .
